About

Hi, I’m Penny.

I’m a very special 9 year old lady with a gentle nature, big expressive eyes and a gorgeous blonde coat. I’m house trained and although I’m not quite ready for adoption, I don’t have any health concerns other than possibly needing a little dental work, which is currently being looked into.

Even though I’ve only recently arrived in foster, I’m already enjoying long walks and lots of sniffing time. I absolutely love being outdoors and would really appreciate a home with a garden to potter around in. I travel well too and am always happy to come along wherever you go.

I’m an energetic girl, but I’m also exceptionally calm at home. I love an early night, enjoy my food very much and adore having someone nearby to keep me company. I’m carrying a little extra weight at the moment, but I’m already working on trimming up with my new walking routine!

I walk beautifully in my harness and am very welcoming to new people when I feel safe and secure. I previously lived with cats, although I do rather enjoy being the centre of attention these days.

I’m looking for a forever home where I can enjoy close companionship, regular walks, plenty of belly and tail rubs and a lovely sofa to lounge on with my people. I’m a loyal little lady, so if you’re looking for a very cute shadow, I could well be the one for you.

My foster carer says I’m “practically perfect in every way — and adorable too,” so it must be true!
