About Us
British Chihuahua Rescue is a charity dedicated to helping Chihuahuas and Chihuahua crosses in need across the UK.
We are run entirely by volunteers. Every dog that comes into rescue is supported by people who freely give their time, whether that's fostering, transporting, fundraising, carrying out home checks, helping behind the scenes or serving as Trustees.
Rescue is about far more than finding Chihuahuas new homes. Sometimes it's supporting owners through difficult decisions. Sometimes it's helping a frightened dog learn to trust again. Sometimes it's simply being there when a dog has nowhere else to go.
