Hi, I’m Lily,
I’m 3 years old and full of character. Life’s been a bit up and down lately, but I’m doing really well in foster and I’ve worked out that cuddles are one of my favourite things.
I take daily medication for epilepsy, which keeps me well, and I’m brilliant at taking it. My new family will just need to keep up with my vet checks. I’m already spayed and in good health. I’m also enjoying a little wellness plan at the moment to help me feel my very best. It involves tasty food and gentle exercise, though I’m still not convinced about the “Chihuahua Weight Watchers” idea.
People always notice my cheeky smile. My tongue hangs out because I’m missing some teeth, which just makes me extra cute. And I have my own way of going for a wee… the boys cock their leg, so I stick my bum in the air. Why not?
I get on well with the other chihuahuas here. If I’m on my foster mum’s lap and the others try to sneak in, I’ll tell them off. A girl’s got to stick up for herself. I love walkies, I adore humans, and sometimes I’ll play with my foster pals if I feel like it.
I don't like cats though. I have tried to chase the cat in my foster home several times to tell him how much I don't like him. I thought he should know.
I’m cuddly, a little bit sassy, and always up for walkies or sofa snuggles. If you’re looking for a best friend with bags of personality, I could be your girl.
