Hello. My name is Dolly.
I am feeling sad at the moment because I have just lost my life partner Rio. We were both very poorly when we came into rescue.
I have started putting weight on and am physically a bit better now.
I am partially sighted and almost totally deaf. I don't really need much. Just a simple, quiet life to be happy. I spend most of my time with my foster mum sleeping next to the aga.
Having said that, I have recently begun feeling a bit more like having a walk and I've even ventured into the garden for a look around.
I've also been into the living room which is ever so comfy. I do like a little cuddle and that's where they seem to happen.
Despite things being difficult, I have managed to wag my tail and I've started to feel more comfortable within myself.
I’m not expecting to be adopted. I just wanted to say hello and let people know I'm very grateful to be in rescue.
