Hi, I’m Rebel,
I'm a laid-back seven year old sable lad who slots into life with an easy little sigh and a wag. I’m neutered, good on the lead, great with older children, and generally just a chilled, loving soul. I like other dogs well enough, but what I really want is my own person. I’m the kind of dog who follows you gently from room to room and then curls up nearby while you get on with your day.
I enjoy my walks and I’m very good out and about, happy to trot along and take everything in. I’m relaxed with calm dogs, though I do give a polite grumble if a younger one barrels into me mid-play. I’m a gentleman after all. I could easily be an only dog or live with another older, peaceful companion.
At home, I’m all about the comfy spots, my cool mat, a soft bed, or a cosy place near you at night. I’m adaptable, affectionate, and ready to bring a lot of quiet joy into the right home.
Hello, I’m Ebony.
I’m four and a shy little sweetheart who needs a calm, patient home where I can learn to feel safe again. When dogs rush up to me I can growl to protect my space, but if they ignore me and give me time, I start to show my softer, playful side. I’ve even begun trying to join in with my foster sisters, who have kindly let me do things in my own time.
I adore older children who understand small dogs and don’t fuss or grab. I love snuggling up with my foster mum’s 10 year old and snoozing along the back of the sofa like a tiny panther. I’m not always keen on getting ready for a walk, but once I’m out, I actually enjoy myself. I used to walk beautifully off-lead, so I’m still learning the whole “lead thing”.
I would really thrive with a calm resident dog who won’t overwhelm me and a human who will let me unfold gently. Once I trust you, I bond deeply. I just need a home that understands soft, sensitive little souls.
Rebel and I came from the same home. Our previous owner hoped we might stay together but understands that we may be happier rehomed separately, as our personalities and needs are quite different. We’re available as a pair or individually, depending on what’s right for us and our new family.
