About
Hi, I'm Milo,
I'm currently in foster in the south west of England.
I'm a big boy. My birthday is the 26th January and so I'll be 5 years old this year.
Time flies doesn't it. I'm trying not to waste any though. Whilst waiting for a loving forever home, I've been busy training, keeping my mind active and learning new things. I'm a very smart cookie and also an active boy. I really enjoy my walks and runs. I have no problems out and about with traffic, tractors, bikes etc and I am happy to meet and greet other dogs.
I don't really like being left on my own, It's all about feeling confident in yourself isn't it. My foster mum is helping me with that, but I'm likely going to need some ongoing support, to slowly build up the time I get left for.
I like my food. I'm especially partial to a hedgehog shaped whimzee which is useful as they apparently deliver dental support whilst snacking.
I'm clean around the house and sleep through the night.
I can still feel a bit anxious about the world, especially when meeting new people. With reassurance and positive rewards for good behaviour, I am finding I can cope much better than I thought with new things.
When I'm feeling confident, I like to play with my toys. We've been doing lots of exploring at my foster mums. I've been all around the countryside and village with my new doggy friends. And we've been to the garden centre.
My foster mum says I'm going to make someone a fantastic little dog friend.
Its lovely here but if you are my forever person, please come soon.
Lots of love
Milo.
